Very good product, solidly made and at an affordable price. I managed to fit in it a tactical compressed gauze for IFAK, Olaes Modular 4 dressing, Black Front Pro rescue scissors, BLACK FRONT Chest Seal Vented dressing, Celox RAPID dressing with chitosan, NRC emergency blanket, a set of waterproof plasters (24 pcs.), personal type W dressing, three vials of saline, disinfectant wipes and a few other small items. I definitely recommend it.

A pouch designed to store and carry an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK), made of abrasion- and tear-resistant 500D impregnated Cordura. Closed with YKK's AquaGuard two-way waterproof zipper.
Extractable from the base with MIL-SPEC straps, the internal organizer provides quick and easy access to the contents, while elastic straps keep them properly organized. Compatibility with the MOLLE/PALS mounting system allows the tray to be attached to a tactical belt, vest, backpack or other items of equipment.
Velcro (velcro) panel allows attaching any emblems, such as the national flag, unit emblem or so-called Morale Patches. The medical cross pattern cut into the panel is equipped with a pull-out element allowing to change the color to red or black.

Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a versatile camouflage pattern that is effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. As a result, it dynamically adapts to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern European environments, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.

Great and spacious medical pouch. I store all the necessary items in it in case of an emergency at the shooting range. An additional advantage is the quick-release option, which shortens access time and can make a big difference.
