Like other M-Tac products, this pouch is very solidly made from high-quality materials. It is spacious – I managed to fit bandages, dressings, and a triangular bandage inside. It allows for quick access to the contents and you can also attach a safety lanyard to it. The shop Militaria.pl deserves five stars.

Ranger Green colored pouch created to store and carry an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK), sewn from durable and damage-resistant waterproofed 500D Cordura. Equipped with a waterproof two-way AquaGuard zipper by YKK.

The internal organizer, which can be pulled out of the base with MIL-SPEC straps, allows quick access to the contents. Elastic straps allow the contents to be properly arranged. The pouch can be mounted to a tactical belt, vest, backpack or other elements of accouterment thanks to compatibility with the MOLLE/PALS mounting system.
Veclro panel
Thanks to the Velcro panel, a variety of emblems can be attached, such as national flags, unit emblems or so-called Morale Patches. The cut-out pattern of the medical cross has an extendable element that allows you to change the color to red or black.

Very good product, solidly made and at an affordable price. I managed to fit in it a tactical compressed gauze for IFAK, Olaes Modular 4 dressing, Black Front Pro rescue scissors, BLACK FRONT Chest Seal Vented dressing, Celox RAPID dressing with chitosan, NRC emergency blanket, a set of waterproof plasters (24 pcs.), personal type W dressing, three vials of saline, disinfectant wipes and a few other small items. I definitely recommend it.

Great and spacious medical pouch. I store all the necessary items in it in case of an emergency at the shooting range. An additional advantage is the quick-release option, which shortens access time and can make a big difference.
