I managed to fit in it a tactical compressed gauze for IFAK, Olaes Modular 4 dressing, Black Front Pro rescue scissors, BLACK FRONT Chest Seal Vented dressing, Celox RAPID dressing with chitosan, NRC emergency blanket, a set of waterproof plasters (24 pcs.), personal type W dressing, three vials of saline, disinfectant wipes and a few other small items. I definitely recommend it.

Purse designed to store and carry an individual medical pack IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit), made of abrasion- and tear-resistant, impregnated 500D Cordura. Closed with two-way AquaGuard waterproof zipper by YKK.
.Removable from the base with MIL-SPEC straps, the internal organizer provides quick and easy access to the contents, while elastic straps allow for proper organization. Compatibility with the mounting system MOLLE/PALS allows the tray to be attached to a tactical belt, vest, backpack or other pieces of equipment.

Great and spacious medical pouch. I store all the necessary items in it in case of an emergency at the shooting range. An additional advantage is the quick-release option, which shortens access time and can make a big difference.
