M-Tac IFAK Elite Large Medical Pouch - Black
Black pouch designed for storing and carrying an Individual First Aid Kit IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit), made from durable and damage-resistant waterproofed 500D Cordura. Equipped with a water-resistant two-way AquaGuard zipper by YKK.
Inside, there is an organiser and MOLLE/PALS mounting system.
The internal organiser, which can be extracted from the base using MIL-SPEC straps, allows quick access to the contents. Elastic bands enable proper arrangement of the contents. The pouch can be mounted to a tactical belt, vest, backpack, or other accoutrement elements thanks to its compatibility with the MOLLE/PALS mounting system.
Hook-and-loop panel
Thanks to the hook-and-loop panel (velcro), various emblems can be attached, such as national flags, unit crests, or so-called Morale Patches. The cut-out medical cross pattern has a movable element allowing for changing the colour to red or black.

Very good product, solidly made and at an affordable price. I managed to fit in it a tactical compressed gauze for IFAK, Olaes Modular 4 dressing, Black Front Pro rescue scissors, BLACK FRONT Chest Seal Vented dressing, Celox RAPID dressing with chitosan, NRC emergency blanket, a set of waterproof plasters (24 pcs.), personal type W dressing, three vials of saline, disinfectant wipes and a few other small items. I definitely recommend it.

Great and spacious medical pouch. I store all the necessary items in it in case of an emergency at the shooting range. An additional advantage is the quick-release option, which shortens access time and can make a big difference.

The first aid kit has a large capacity, and thanks to the detachable Velcro fasteners, it can be conveniently removed and stored.
