I haven't tested it by dropping the phone in water, but while kayaking the phone survived splashes. Touch and the fingerprint reader on the screen work fine through the case.

The case does its job well, the iPhone 14 Pro fits in without any problem. I use it on a jet ski and it works flawlessly. The closure is durable and does not let water through.

I bought 3 of these and 3 yellow ones. The sizes seem identical. They look good visually, although I agree you need to open them carefully because it's only heat-sealed film. If you put something in that's a tight fit, watch out for the size. Other than that, they protect well against water. I recommend them.
