I didn't test it by throwing the phone into water, but during kayaking the phone survived splashes. The touch screen and fingerprint reader work without any issues through the case.

The case does its job well, the iPhone 14 Pro fits without any problem. I use it on a jet ski and it works flawlessly. The closure is durable and does not let water in.

I bought 3 of these and 3 yellow ones. The sizes seem identical. They look good visually, but I agree you have to open them carefully because it's just heat-sealed foil. If you’re putting in something that fits snugly, you need to pay attention to the size. Other than that, they protect well against water. I recommend them.
