Gerber Truss Multitool - Grey

This product is very well made, strong, and durable. At first glance, you can see it's made of solid steel, but at the same time, it's not too heavy. For a multitool, the number of uses this small tool offers is impressive. I think everyone should have such equipment on hand just in case.

The multitool is made of durable, high-quality steel. It is very strong, solid, and resistant to damage. The lock works effectively, so there is no risk that the knife or another function will accidentally fold and injure the user. I've been using it for several years and have no complaints. It's hard to find any flaw. I bought it just in case, and it was a great choice – it has proven itself many times.

I bought this product in 2020. It worked great for my car, at home, in the garden, and at work. Unfortunately, once I tried to bend a thin metal strip to break it, but instead the pliers broke. Overall, the tool is good, but it did not prove to be durable. I sent it back to the service center in Poland, asking for a repair or replacement with a similar model.

The Gerber multitool is great, and the manufacturer gives a 23-year warranty. I use it from time to time and I must admit it looks very solid. I've used various functions with a lot of force and, to my surprise, nothing got damaged or broke. The safety lock is very useful, as it holds firmly even under heavy pressure. The case is well-fitted, although it doesn't make a huge impression, it does its job and fits the multitool perfectly. There is a strap on the back to attach it to a pants belt. The mechanisms operate with a slight resistance, which means there is no unnecessary looseness. The paint does not come off even with light abrasions.
