A mix of nutritious gluten-free oat flakes, coconut drink, chia seeds and mountain berries makes for a perfect meal for those who enjoy tasty and filling food. Like all LYOFOOD meals, preparation is very quick and extremely easy.

Freeze-drying

The freeze-drying process is vacuum dehydration of food products at extremely low temperatures (-50 C). Thanks to the applied technology, freeze-dried food is a nutritious, high-calorie meal, meeting high expectations during extreme sports such as climbing, high-altitude trekking, sailing, and other types of summer and winter tourism. It is used by polar explorers, travelers, and professional athletes on various expeditions and camps.
