A really practical accessory to complement a Leatherman. The ratcheting system works very well and makes screwdriving much easier, especially in hard-to-reach places. The magnetic bit retention is well thought out. A very nice accessory.

Price: Way overpriced. If it were Wera-quality it would justify that, but it is not. For the price of a Wera ratchet screwdriver, around 45 euros (see picture), this should ooze quality, which it does not. But then again, Leatherman Arc and TTI models are way overpriced too, compared with multitools from Victorinox and Gerber or even the Wave+, Charge, Surge, Signal, etc. Quality: This ratchet has no high-end feel. Compared with my similarly priced Wera ratchets and bit drivers and the much cheaper 13-euro Bosch micro ratchet driver (see picture) that I have had for many years, this LM ratchet is average. After turning it both ways briefly, it sounded and felt a little more even in the internal engagement of the teeth. It still does not flow or sound like a Bosch or Wera (see picture), which are crisp and have a tactile feel to them. I build expensive MTBs for myself. As a comparison for quality feel, compare the bicycle wheel hub on a quality wheel and a budget wheel, where you can clearly hear and feel a difference. Same case with ratchets (same systems). Toughness: I do not know how many engagement points (teeth) the mechanism has or how much force it can take without breaking. I am also wondering how tough the plastic housing is. Can it withstand drops on a concrete workshop floor, etc.? Everybody accidentally drops tools once in a while, so it should withstand that. Time will tell. It has a fairly strong magnet. I hope it does not come loose at some point like my Bahco T-bit screwdriver (see picture). Processing/appearance: The overall visual impression is that it is pretty neatly finished. The grey plastic housing should be black to match the silver, black, or black/silver LM tools and pouches, which are all black and/or silver, but that is purely a cosmetic preference on my side. Conclusion: I am still very happy with it and have absolutely no regrets about buying it, even though some aftermarket ratchets made for LM are way cheaper (20 euros) and, I think, also more robust.

Not exactly cheap, but definitely worth the price. It greatly expands the Leatherman’s range of uses and is meticulously and high-quality made.
-
For a long time, I was considering buying this product because of its price, but today I do not regret that decision at all. It works very well with the Wave and the bit set from Yankes.
-
This is a solid ratchet that was really worth the money because it clearly makes the job easier. It doesn’t take up much space and it’s lightweight. I definitely recommend it to anyone considering buying it.
-
An absolutely useful accessory that you can conveniently take with you. Excellent workmanship and high-quality finish. That way, you are no longer limited to using only the original bits.
-
The product itself is top class. Although it costs quite a bit, it is definitely worth investing the money – the quality is impressive and you can really assemble furniture solidly with it. In combination with Wave, it's a great set.
-
The ratchet significantly speeds up the process of screwing in and out. Also, when the screw is not tightened too much, I use it as a screwdriver, without installing it in the multitool.
-
The Adapter Ratchet Driver significantly increases the functionality of Leatherman bits and allows more convenient work in hard-to-reach places. It is compact, easy to carry, and is useful for minor repairs, equipment servicing, or working on a bicycle.
-
A must-have accessory for the tool. The main advantage is that now you can use standard round 1/4 bits from any hardware store, not just branded flat ones. The ratchet is fine-toothed, and the reverse is clear. It doesn’t take up space in the case, but it often saves the day.
-
The price is high, but there are no other options, and the bit set is really useful. Production takes place in Taiwan and Vietnam, which may be important for people who pay attention to that.
-
The price is really quite high and I am not convinced it is justified. Nevertheless, I consider the purchase very worthwhile – it significantly increases the multitool's functionality. Without this ratchet, with a large amount of screwing, it could be difficult.
-
Very high price, but if you consider it as an addition to your set for many years, it is basically worth it. High quality workmanship and using the multitool becomes much more convenient.
-
I am very pleased with the product. It was unavailable for some time. It works perfectly with my Wave Plus. Working with the multitool with this tip has become much more enjoyable. Quiet working and precise direction adjustment. I recommend it for Leatherman fans.
-
The price is high for a gadget of this type, but tests show that it is worth every penny. You are more likely to damage the multitool itself than the ratchet, and for longer tasks, it greatly eases the work.
