During the first use, the bit got completely stuck in the extender socket and could not be removed. It turns out this is a common problem described by users, and what's more, Leatherman does not cover this accessory under warranty, which is very disappointing.

This is an absolutely essential accessory for the Leatherman multitool. It makes work much more efficient. Another advantage is that universal bits fit. I highly recommend it, although the price is quite high for such a small item.

The Leatherman MUT is one of my favourite multitools. I own both the black and the standard version. It's a great choice for people who often use AR15 rifles. On a daily basis, I use the Charge model, and I always have the MUT in my gear.

A great addition to the multitool. Tested with Leatherman Signal, works very well. Very strong magnet, so you need a tool to remove the bits. It’s small enough to fit with the multitool in the sheath.

Great addition to both my Surge and Skeletool. It also fits the Tread Tempo bracelet. In many situations, it has proved indispensable. I definitely recommend it, the quality-to-price ratio is satisfying.
