I've been using this sharpener since 2016 or 2017 (now it's 2024) – the lacquer has worn off a bit, but it still sharpens knives like it did when new. I appreciate its small size. I can't count how many times I've sharpened knives with it during various journeys around the world. I often encounter dull knives in guesthouses, so I always have it with me. I would give six stars if I could. Perfect for quick sharpening of various knives with excellent results. I even sharpened a machete without any problem. Brilliant.
