The device is used for sharpening knives of various shapes and sizes, being a new version of the Kazak M10 model. The design ensures stable blade mounting and easy rotation without the need to remove from clamps. M10V2 version incorporates a range of changes that improve ergonomics, stability, and operational culture. An improved trolley mounting system on a vertical mast is used, which contributes to better guidance stability and more precise angle maintenance. A new type of joint is based on durable IGUS components, resulting in a smoother operation and outstanding durability.

The diameter of the vertical mast increased to 10 mm enhances the stiffness of the entire construction. An integrated guide storage system near the trolley increases ergonomics and facilitates workspace organisation. The use of an aluminium guide instead of a steel one has allowed for a weight reduction of the moving element, which improves movement smoothness and sharpening comfort.

The system's base is made from damage and corrosion-resistant steel with a thickness of 8 mm, coated with a durable powder coating in grey. Rubber inserts at the bottom limit device movement during operation and improve table stability. A 10 mm diameter vertical mast increases the construction's resistance to vibrations and bending during sharpening.

Clamps are made by milling from solid 7075 aircraft-grade aluminium, valued for its high mechanical resistance and light weight. The special clamp design means that the zone of elastic deformation is located in the vertical plane. This provides high flexibility when free and excellent rigidity when clamping the blade.

The system allows intuitive sharpening angle adjustment along the vertical column, enabling adjustment of working parameters to the nature of the blade and the desired effect. The rotary mechanism based on a double-row ball bearing ensures smooth knife rotation without removal from the clamps, which facilitates maintaining symmetrical sharpening of both sides of the cutting edge.

The device is equipped with a removable frame that ensures easier control of the cutting edge during operation, expediting the detection of any irregularities and assessment of sharpening progress. The new sliding node is characterised by increased work fluidity and durability of up to 10,000 sharpening cycles. The high quality of components further enhances operational culture and mechanical resistance to prolonged use.

The device's design has been developed with a focus on maintaining high stability during use. The use of durable materials and more precise mechanical components results in smooth system operation. Compact dimensions facilitate storage after use, as well as provide convenience during transport and workspace organisation.

The set includes an electronic protractor allowing precise monitoring of the set sharpening angle, enabling users to more accurately adjust work parameters to the blade type and ensure high repeatability when sharpening different types of knives.
