HMS 5-wire EM03 expander

HMS expander is a device dedicated to general development and rehabilitation exercises. It has been equipped with resistance strength adjustment by mounting the appropriate number of springs. The EM03 expander consists of five springs, which are attached with hooks to two handles made of durable plastic. The moving parts were made of steel with increased tensile strength.

Exercising with an expander is an effective way to strengthen and slenderize the arms, chest, abdomen, back and pelvis.
