These are not my first resistance bands, but I suspect these will serve me for the shortest time. After a week of use, one of them suffered permanent stretching at the attachment point. Unfortunately, I do not recommend the product.

Extremely simple, even very basic, but that's exactly their advantage. They allow for straightforward strength or stretching exercises without the need for apps or advanced devices. Great price and very durable.

The resistance bands turned out to be much too short, making it impossible to comfortably exercise biceps while standing. The handles are made of hard, slippery plastic. I do not recommend this product.
