These are not my first resistance bands, but I suspect these will serve me the shortest. After a week of use, one of them was permanently stretched at the attachment. Unfortunately, I do not recommend the product.

Extremely simple, even very basic, but that's exactly where their advantage lies. They allow for simple strength or stretching exercises without the need for apps or advanced devices. Great price and very durable.

The resistance bands turned out to be definitely too short, making it impossible to comfortably exercise biceps while standing. The handles are made of hard, slippery plastic. I do not recommend the product.
