Looks good and is made of good material, the elastics inside are very tight, snug, and the pockets have little space. In the end, you end up stacking everything on top of each other like in a regular first aid kit. For example, the trauma shears have to be placed sideways as they would be too large otherwise.

A vehicle med kit designed to store essential first aid items in an easily accessible place. It is made of durable and abrasion-resistant Cordura. It consists of a capacious pouch and a mounting holder.
The removable pouch is equipped with two large handles on the sides for easy pulling out, as well as a flat pocket on the front to accommodate, for example, gloves or a reflective vest. The capacious main compartment, which opens flat with a two-way YKK zipper, features a mesh fabric divider and elastic straps to pack essential equipment.
The seat headrest mounting system based on two adjustable straps provides a stable attachment, so that the pouch with contents can be quickly removed in one movement. The med kit is fixed in the holder with Velcro and a fastex buckle.
The med kit is sold without equipment.
