material PolyCotton Stretch Rip-Stop, 2-Way Elastic technology

The material used for production, PolyCotton Stretch Rip-Stop (50% polyester, 48% cotton, 2% elastane) with a grammage of 220 g/m2, is created with 2-Way Elastic technology, providing great flexibility and resistance to abrasion and damage. It ensures the shorts fit the body and allow full freedom of movement. The application of the Rip-Stop weave effectively minimises the risk of damage spread over larger areas.

10 practical pockets

The model has ten practical pockets:

  • two classic ones on the hips with reinforced edges
  • four on the thighs (two large with zippers and two narrower with Velcro)
  • four at the back (two larger and two smaller placed within the larger ones)

Instead of a button, a wide Velcro, which allows a 6 cm adjustment, is used. An elastic tape sewn into the waistband improves the fit of the shorts to individual body features.

YKK zippers, wide belt loops

All zippers are from the renowned Japanese company YKK. The belt loops are designed for belts up to 50 mm wide, and the two front ones additionally have loops for attaching, for example, a carabiner.

    These are truly very successful shorts – they’re comfortable and perfectly suited to use outdoors. The fabric is lightweight and breathable, while also being durable thanks to the Rip-Stop structure. A major advantage is the large number of pockets and their practical arrangement, which easily accommodate a phone, wallet, keys, and other small items, so there’s no need to take an extra pouch or rucksack. The shorts fit well, do not restrict movement, and the hook-and-loop waist adjustment makes it easy to achieve a perfect fit. The 8.5-inch length is very comfortable for me, as the legs end above the knee. I use them both day to day and on trips or outdoor outings. The quality of workmanship is very high – they are definitely worth recommending.

    Very comfortable shorts thanks to the Velcro instead of a traditional button – they are easy to adjust at the waist. The pockets are spacious and functional, and accessing them is effortless. There is plenty of room in the thighs, which is not always standard. I am also pleased that it is a product of a Polish brand. I definitely recommend them.

    Excellent workmanship in the Helikon style. Very functional and practical. For me, they could be a little longer, but that is more a matter of individual preference. They are comfortable, lightweight, and look good. A hook-and-loop fastening is essential for me, and I can’t imagine going back to buttons anymore. At this price, I don’t see any real competition. Excellent.

    Great fabric. It's very soft and thin but sturdy. Khaki colour is great. The very disappointing part is the cut. It's loose in the waist, but tight in the hips. I guess it was made for JohnnyBravos and not for lawn-cutting dads :D

    Very pleasant and comfortable shorts that are airy. A great choice for summer instead of traditional cargo shorts – thanks to the large pockets, I don't need a backpack or waist bag, as everything fits in them. Carefully made, comfortable to wear and reasonably priced.
