Helikon-Tex US LVL 2 Long Sleeve Termoactive Shirt - Black

A legendary Helikon item, if they still make it like they used to!! I bought this fleece (and the same trousers) in 2014, but not from militaria.eu, rather in my city from an official supplier. I want to say that I have not found anything better in terms of quality. I still have it, I simply removed the bobbling with a special fabric shaver, and it keeps me warm, wicks away moisture, and dries quickly. It is also comfortable to sleep in instead of pyjamas if it is cold in the house.

It provides very good thermal comfort, and when it gets warmer, it does not immediately cause overheating. It fits well, does not get in the way during sleep, and allows for a great deal of freedom of movement during the day.

The shirt is very warm and works excellently as a second layer on cooler days. The Comfort Dry fabric effectively wicks away moisture, dries quickly, and at the same time retains heat well. A big advantage for me is the high collar, long zip, and thumb holes, which clearly improve comfort during trekking. The extended back and flat seams are also a plus, especially on longer hikes. The only downside is that with intensive use, the fabric may start to pill slightly over time.

This shirt, or rather something more like a sweatshirt, is exceptionally comfortable. I would even describe it as a lightweight, thin fleece pullover. The long zip works very well. I recommend it.

An excellent shirt for cool weather or winter. Thanks to the zip, you can of course regulate warmth very well. I use the shirt as a second layer, with a fleece jacket over it and then the Helicon Tex Level 7 winter jacket on top. The fleece jacket, of course, only when it is still very cold. Otherwise, just an undershirt and then this shirt. The workmanship and heat retention are very good. You just have to use the layering principle. Delivery is excellent anyway!!

The sweatshirt works great in spring and autumn as a single layer, and in winter it works well as a second layer, although then it's worth putting on a thicker fleece for greater comfort.
