The Helikon-Tex US LVL 2 Long Sleeve thermal shirt (Olive Green) is one of those purchases where you immediately know it was a great choice – the fabric is soft, pleasant to the touch, and provides solid warmth, but it doesn’t overheat because it effectively wicks away moisture. Even during movement, I don’t feel "suffocated" in it, the cut fits the silhouette very well and doesn’t restrict movement, so it’s perfect for use outdoors, at the shooting range, in the mountains, on walks, or simply for everyday wear on cold days. A big plus is the high collar and zipper – you can unzip it when it gets warmer, or zip it up to the neck in windy conditions. The thumb holes are an excellent solution, as the sleeves don’t ride up when putting on additional layers, and the wrists get extra protection. The back is sensibly extended, so when squatting, the back and kidneys are always covered. The flat seams mean there are no chafes, even after many hours of wear. The shirt is so versatile that it works as a first layer worn directly on the body, as well as a second, insulating layer under a jacket or fleece. Plus, at the sale price, it’s a real hit – you can feel the high quality of Helikon-Tex, the functionality is at a very high level, and that’s exactly what I’m looking for: you put it on, it works as it should, and you don’t have to worry about it.

The Helikon US LVL 2 Long Sleeve in Olive Green is a very good insulator. It works perfectly as a second layer. A big advantage is the high collar and the zip, which can be undone very low.

My review after a year of use. This product surprised me in a positive way and turned out to be better than my previous favourite, the Helikon Alpha Grid (so I think I've changed my favourite product). I am 185 cm tall and weigh 90 kg – I chose size M. It works great both as a middle layer over a cotton T-shirt and as an outer garment in spring or early autumn. It offers excellent thermal properties, functionality, and looks great. It fits both an outdoor style and an everyday look when I'm quickly moving around the city. On colder days, I successfully combine it with tracksuit bottoms when lounging at home. After intensive use for a year, it does bobble, which may bother perfectionists, but 10 minutes with a clothes shaver and the problem disappears. On Helikon’s website, this model is a bestseller, although in my opinion, among their many products, it deserves even more recognition. If anyone is hesitating about whether to buy and whether this product will do its job, there’s nothing to think about – get it! Service at militaria.pl as always is top-notch – it's hard to want anything more.

Hello, the blouses arrived quickly, in good condition, properly packed, they are pleasant to the touch, with a soft inner texture. I haven't started wearing them yet, but I think they are warm. Thank you to everyone who worked on them to get them to me.

As usual from Helikon Tex, this piece is perfect. It is so warm and the size fits very well too. For the price, I will get another one. I was especially convinced by the quality. Clear purchase recommendation from me, would buy again.

The thermoactive shirt is very comfortable – for my body shape (a slight belly), size L fitted well but was not tight. It serves its function – it efficiently wicks away sweat and moisture after exertion; for example, after stepping out of a hot shower, I could feel the moisture evaporating rather than staying on my skin, and at the same time, I wasn’t cold or uncomfortable. The shirt also worked great during the night PiRO competition at the shooting range – wearing just it directly on my skin and a Helikon Patriot fleece, I was warm throughout the event. A big plus is the high collar, which protected my neck well from the cold. The only things missing from the full set are leggings and a hat – they're really worth getting.

The T-shirt is extremely comfortable and functional, made from a soft-touch material. The sleeves with thumbholes are very practical. It retains warmth better than a jacket liner, even though it's thinner.

Very pleasant and warm, perfect for winter days. The high collar protects the neck well, and the thumb holes provide extra protection for the hands and make it easier to put on additional layers. It works great as both a first and second layer. Tested at -15°C – worn under a jacket without extra insulation, it worked excellently. I recommend it!

The shirt is very comfortable and practical, made from pleasant material. The sleeves with thumbholes are really handy. It provides more warmth than the Gorka liner, even though it takes up less space.

I have the sweatshirt in size L, at 171 cm tall and 85 kg – fits perfectly under a fleece or softshell at temperatures 0 to +5°C. Very good quality. It's less stretchy than, for example, Brubeck merino, but more versatile. Sometimes I use it as a second layer under merino, which works great during breaks or when below zero. I appreciate it for its versatility and definitely recommend it.

I have mixed feelings about this product – the cut is very nice, but the material is average and not very stretchy. My item had a strange, petrol-like smell. For slightly more money you can get much better quality products from reputable outdoor brands.

The shirt fits well, sits nicely and is comfortable. Made from good material, as you'd expect from Helikon. Warm, just what I wanted. Dries quickly after washing. Fast delivery, recommend!
