The model is sewn from 100% nylon with a grammage of 125 g/m2. The material is characterised by high durability, quick drying, and excellent moisture wicking. Mesh panels at the back of the cap enhance air circulation, which is crucial when wearing the cap on warmer days.

The model is equipped with a rectangular velcro panel, allowing the attachment of various patches or emblems, such as flags, unit insignia, or Morale Patches.     This is probably the first Helikon cap that really suits me – it's well made, soft, doesn't go too far over the ears, the mesh is of better quality than I expected, and the band on the forehead doesn’t irritate the skin. It definitely surpasses the baseball vent model.
