Hazard 4 Grill Hard MOLLE Photo Backpack 21.6 l - Black
A 21.6-litre capacity backpack designed for military photographers, uniformed services and military enthusiasts. It was made from damage- and abrasion-resistant 1000D Invista Cordura. The MOLLE and HardPoint systems allow additional accouterment to be mounted. The model uses zips of the renowned YKK brand.
1000D Cordura Invista, PU coating, rigid construction
The 1000D Invista Cordura used for production is characterised by its high durability. Thanks to its density and special fibre structure, it provides excellent protection against mechanical damage, even during intensive use.
The fabric has a double polyurethane coating, which protects against water and dirt. This makes the fabric easy to clean and requires no special care.
The rigid, deformation-resistant construction of the backpack made from moulded foam effectively protects the equipment being carried from shocks, while the soft fabric interior prevents scratches from forming on its surface.
The robust materials make the backpack ideal for use in tough terrain and operational conditions.
Main compartment, pockets and movable dividers
The backpack features a main compartment measuring 38.5 x 26 x 11.5 cm with 6 movable Velcro-fastened inserts. The inserts make organising the equipment you carry much easier. The main compartment successfully accommodates APS-C and mirrorless cameras, but can also be used to carry any equipment.
The roomy front pocket features a practical organiser with multiple compartments for transporting essential accessories. There is an additional flat pocket on the back for storing a laptop or tablet with a screen size of up to 13 inches.
Access to the main compartment and all pockets is via two-way zips. Trousers on the ends make them easy to handle, even with tactical gloves.
MOLLE and HardPoint systems, Velcro, D-rings
The backpack's sides and shoulder straps are covered with numerous MOLLE webbing straps, allowing additional accouterments to be attached. The innovative hard MOLLE panel on the front allows stable fixing of, for example, a first aid kit or pocket.
In the corners of the backpack there are holes in the HardPoint system, which is used to attach elastic cables, attachment straps or paracord. The mounting is bolted to the shell, making the connection permanent and allowing heavy loads to be carried. The holes also allow the use of the proprietary Gear Rails.
Velcro panels on the interior of the backpack offer the possibility of attaching pouches or containers. Additional mounting points are the D-rings on the top of the backpack.
Adjustable straps, elastic panels on the back
The carrying system is based on adjustable shoulder straps with soft padding to reduce the risk of shoulder rubbing. The back features ergonomically shaped panels that provide excellent cushioning and adapt to the natural curvature of the spine, ensuring even weight distribution.
Appropriately shaped straps (hip and chest) with a quick-release system help maintain a stable posture during hiking. Both the back area and the shoulder straps are lined with quick-drying fabric, which ensures adequate wicking and a high level of comfort during use.
The practical carry handle on top allows the backpack to be carried and lifted comfortably.
