Long, waterproof socks with high breathability. They will come in handy during hiking in the rainy season, canoeing or fishing. Warm and comfortable, they will provide comfort all day long during active recreation.
Hike Waterproofs consist of two layers and a breathable membrane between them. Thanks to the 3-layer construction, they are waterproof - feet stay dry even in moisture-permeable shoes. Soft, non-pressing elastic keep them in place and increase comfort. The socks will retain their functional characteristics even after repeated washing.

They perform quite well, however, after 6 hours of walking in the rain with light shoes, they started to let water in. They deal with wet grass much like other membrane products – they soak through quickly. Even so, I would recommend them as an emergency solution for more difficult conditions.

It all depends on the purpose – for running, they’re only moderately suitable, as your feet sweat a lot, even though I used them in snow and frost. On the plus side: they are very warm, I can’t imagine your feet could get cold in them. They also worked well for cycling in sub-zero temperatures; the comfort was satisfactory. All in all, I recommend them, because at this price, it’s hard to find something that warms so well and is completely waterproof. I think they’ll also work for trekking at -20 degrees.
