I got the FMS-X1 for trips because I wanted water to boil quickly and without any 'dancing' with the wind. In reality, the system is genuinely convenient: you set it up, light it, and in a few minutes, you already have boiling water for coffee or freeze-dried meals. The pot is fine in terms of volume, the lid fits tightly, everything packs compactly and doesn't rattle in the rucksack. Minor downsides: the construction is taller than a regular burner with a pot, so you need to place it carefully on uneven ground to avoid wobbling. Also, the gradient coating looks nice, but usage marks appear quickly if you're not careful. Overall, though, the system really saves time and nerves, especially when it's windy outside.

Travel cooking system designed for quick cooking in the field.
The set consists of a 1-liter pot with a cover and a Tritan bowl. The 2200 W gas burner is equipped with a gas regulator and piezo ignition.
The kettle uses the principle of thermal convection, thus reducing gas consumption and heating time. It takes about 4 minutes to boil water. The pot is equipped with a folding handle and a fabric hem with thermal insulation.
Compatible with screw-on cartridges (EN417).

It's a pity there was no option to choose a different colour, but in terms of functionality the stove performs excellently. The shield effectively protects against the wind, which was missing in cheaper models of portable stoves. It worked well during autumn trips in the Scottish mountains.
