You can clearly feel the German quality. The flask filled with boiling water before heading to the mountains at 8 a.m. still kept the drink hot the next afternoon – the tea wasn’t just warm, but really hot. I tested it at 8–10°C temperatures. Remember to prepare the flask with boiling water beforehand. There are two stoppers in the set – I prefer the one without a button. The second cup is handy when there’s someone else – my daughter drinks from one, I from the other. I highly recommend this flask!

The thermos is slightly wider and shorter than cheaper models, but as a result it really keeps the temperature for a long time – definitely worth its price. The flask has worked very well during several years of daily use. The excellent insulation keeps your drink hot even for 8 hours in freezing mountain conditions. Another advantage is the presence of two cups and two stoppers.

This is my second Esbit flask – I alternate between the 0.75 and 0.5L versions (plus for identical stoppers). Highly recommended, it keeps the temperature perfectly, which is most important, and the 0.5L model is exceptionally light and convenient to use.

I've been using this flask for a few months now and I think it's hard to find a better one for this price. There are no coatings that could wear off, and the silver colour looks good. Under the right conditions, it keeps temperature for a very long time, is robustly made, and the two cups and stoppers included are a big advantage.

I already have the 0.7L model and decided to buy the 0.5L as well. Both flasks keep the temperature well. Recommended!
