The food jug with a capacity of 750 ml in Black is designed for transporting food. It is made of high-quality stainless steel and coated with a matte black, non-slip finish, ensuring a secure grip even with thick gloves.

It is ideal for cold days on the trail, while skiing, working outdoors, or during long waiting times while fishing. It effectively maintains both high and low temperatures of stored meals, making it useful in winter as a source of warmth and energy, and in summer as a source of refreshment and energy.

 

Wide opening and lid serving as a bowl

With a wide opening of 79 mm, the food jug allows comfortable eating directly from the container. This design also makes filling and cleaning the container easier. The lid can be used as a bowl, which adds to the jug’s practicality.

The interior is coated with a thin layer of silver, which has antibacterial properties and makes cleaning easier.

The lid features a safety valve button that releases excess pressure when pressed before unscrewing. This helps prevent the risk of the lid popping off, which can happen when storing hot meals or liquids, thereby reducing the risk of hot contents splashing.

    This is a product worth buying for people such as: 1. People working as field technicians, drivers, security guards, taxi drivers, nurses, and paramedics. 2. Fishing enthusiasts and those going on day trips into nature – it is worth considering purchasing it. 3. People who spend over 72 hours in the forest or mountains might not be satisfied, as the thermos is quite heavy for longer stays outdoors. Why is it worth it? 1. This thermos REALLY keeps food WARM (but do not confuse with 'very hot food') for a full 6 hours at 13°C (I haven't tested it in colder conditions yet). 2. It's convenient to eat meals from the thermos. 3. It's easy to clean (thanks to the large opening). 4. It's easy to carry – the width of 10 cm allows you to comfortably grip the thermos with your hand. 5. It can also serve as a food container. Note: Rice, groats, or pasta with sauce/meat retain heat much longer than croquettes or pancakes. This is probably because loose dishes fill the interior of the thermos more tightly. WORTH BUYING, PROVIDED THE PRODUCT MEETS YOUR NEEDS.

    In reality, the thermos does not work as well as advertised. It used to maintain the temperature, but for some time now, the soup cools down quickly, even within half an hour. I bought original, quite expensive gaskets (a set of two), but that didn't help – the thermos still doesn't keep the heat. I have no idea why this is happening, as it's impossible to assemble or use it incorrectly.

    I bought this thermos as a gift, which is why I chose a model with good reviews, skipping those rated lower. Esbit is more expensive than others, but most reviews are positive, so I went for this 0.75L variant. It was a great choice! I haven't measured the temperature professionally, but when I filled the thermos with boiling water around midnight, the drink was still very hot at seven in the morning. I hadn't pre-warmed it, just filled and closed it right away. As for food, it's best to heat the thermos with boiling water first – food will be at a lower temperature than boiling water, so it will cool down more quickly. The vent button is very practical – without it, the thermos is hard to open. When you press it, you hear a gentle hiss and the cap becomes easy to unscrew. The size is ideal. 0.5L would probably be too small, and 0.75L is just right with a little extra room. If I had to buy again, I would choose the same thermos. It's a tried and tested product.
