The Black food jug with a capacity of 750 ml is crafted for transporting meals. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel and finished with a matte black, non-slip coating, it guarantees a firm grip, even when wearing thick gloves.

Perfect for chilly days on the trail, skiing, working outside, or waiting long hours while fishing, it efficiently retains both high and low temperatures of food, offering warmth and energy in winter and refreshment and energy in summer.

 

Wide opening and lid serving as a bowl

Featuring a generous 79 mm opening, the food jug provides easy access for eating straight from the container. This design simplifies both filling and cleaning. The lid also serves as a bowl, enhancing the jug's functionality.

Inside, a thin layer of silver coating provides antibacterial benefits and facilitates easier cleaning.

The lid is equipped with a safety valve button designed to release excess pressure when pressed before opening. This helps mitigate the potential hazard of the lid popping off, which can occur when storing hot foods or liquids, thereby minimizing the chance of hot contents splattering.

The model comes with sturdy thermal insulation, perfect for maintaining both hot and cold beverages, and is resistant to mechanical damage.

    This product is worth buying for people such as: 1. Field technicians, drivers, security guards, taxi drivers, nurses, and paramedics. 2. Amateur anglers and people going on one-day trips into nature – it's worth considering. 3. People who spend more than 72 hours in the forest or mountains may not be satisfied, as the thermos is quite heavy for extended outdoor stays. Why is it worth it? 1. This thermos REALLY keeps food WARM (but don’t confuse it with “very hot food”) for a full 6 hours at 13°C (I haven’t tested it in colder conditions yet). 2. It's convenient to eat meals directly from the thermos. 3. It's easy to clean (thanks to the large opening). 4. It’s easy to carry—the 10 cm width allows you to comfortably hold the thermos in your hand. 5. It can also serve as a food container. Note: Rice, groats, and pasta with sauce/meat retain heat much longer than croquettes or pancakes. This is probably because loose dishes fill the thermos more tightly. IT’S WORTH BUYING, PROVIDED THE PRODUCT MEETS YOUR NEEDS.

    In reality, the thermos does not work as well as advertised. It used to maintain the temperature, but for some time now the soup cools down quickly, even within half an hour. I bought the original, quite expensive gaskets (a set of two), but that didn’t help either—the thermos still doesn’t keep the heat. I have no idea why this happens, as it’s impossible to assemble or use it incorrectly.

    I bought this thermos as a gift, which is why I chose a model with good reviews, skipping those with worse ratings. Esbit is more expensive than others, but most reviews are positive, so I decided on this 0.75 l version. It was a great choice! I didn’t measure the temperature professionally, but when I poured boiling water into the thermos around midnight, the drink was still very hot at seven in the morning. I hadn’t preheated it, just poured it in and closed it right away. When it comes to food, it’s best to preheat the thermos with boiling water first – food will be at a lower temperature than boiling water and will cool down more quickly. The vent button is very practical – without it, the thermos is hard to open. When you press it, you hear a gentle hiss and the cap unscrews easily. The size is perfect. 0.5 l would probably be too little, but 0.75 l is just right with a small reserve. If I had to buy again, I’d choose the same thermos. It’s a proven option.
