Great first aid kit, fits the basic IP med contents, a big plus is that it only takes up 2 MOLLE sections on the belt instead of the typical 4. The insert can be pulled out instantly, and there's no difficulty putting it back in. Once filled, it's about the size of a double magazine pouch.
A vertical med pouch designed to store and carry an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK), made of abrasion- and tear-resistant 500D Cordura and laminate. The med pouch consists of two parts, a tray and an organizer.
The pouch is closed with a Velcro flap. A large laser-cut "MED" inscription has been sewn onto the front, which also serves as a Velcro panel allowing you to attach patches. A pull-out internal organizer provides quick and easy access to the contents, while elastic straps and dividers allow for proper organization. External Shockcord links allow you to compress the pouch and prevent it from falling out while carrying it.
Compatibility with the MOLLE/PALS system, allows the pouch to be clipped to a tactical vest or other elements of the equipment. In addition, two paracord loops allow attachment to a tactical belt up to 45 mm wide.

Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a versatile camouflage pattern that is effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. As a result, it dynamically adapts to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern European environments, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.

Fits perfectly onto the side sections of Direct Action brand chest rigs. Thoughtful design and high-quality workmanship. Despite its appearance, it holds quite a lot of items. It seems to be the only two-column MOLLE first aid kit available on the market.
