Great first aid kit, it fits the basic contents of the IP med, and a big plus is that it takes up only 2 molle sections on the belt compared to the typical 4. The insert can be pulled out instantly, and putting it back in is also easy. Once filled, its size is similar to a double magazine pouch.
A vertically aligned med pouch meant for storing and transporting an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK), crafted from abrasion- and tear-resistant 500D Cordura and laminate. This med pouch comprises a tray and an organizer.
Secured with a Velcro flap, the pouch features a large laser-cut "MED" inscription on the front, doubling as a Velcro panel for attaching patches. The internal organizer can be pulled out for swift and easy access, while elastic straps and dividers ensure everything stays organized. Shockcord links on the exterior help compress the pouch, preventing it from slipping off while in use.
With compatibility for the MOLLE/PALS system, this pouch can be attached to a tactical vest or other gear components. Additionally, two paracord loops allow attachment to a tactical belt up to 45 mm in width.

Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam is an innovative camouflage design created in 2002 by the US firm Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) through the Objective Force Warrior program. The aim was to develop a flexible camouflage pattern that performs well across diverse landscapes and fluctuating environmental settings. The MultiCam design features seven colors, blending seamlessly with transitions among green, brown, and beige hues. This allows it to adeptly adjust to its surroundings, adopting green tones in forest environments or browns and beiges in arid regions—particularly effective during autumn and among dried vegetation in Central and Eastern Europe. MultiCam has garnered international acclaim and is utilized by a variety of military forces and special units. In 2010, it became the official camouflage for the US Army in Afghanistan, replacing the former Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also accessible to civilian consumers, making it a favored option for military or airsoft hobbyists.

Fits perfectly with the side sections of Direct Action brand chest rigs. Thoughtful design and high quality workmanship. Despite its appearance, it can actually hold quite a lot of things. It seems this is the only two-column molle first aid kit available on the market.
