A vertical medical pouch crafted for the storage and transport of an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK), constructed from abrasion- and tear-resistant 500D Cordura and laminate. The med pouch comprises two components: a tray and an organizer.
The pouch is secured with a Velcro flap. A prominently laser-cut "MED" inscription is stitched onto the front, which also functions as a Velcro panel for attaching patches. A pull-out internal organizer allows for quick and convenient access to the contents, while elastic straps and dividers facilitate proper organization. External Shockcord links ensure the pouch can be compressed and prevent it from falling out during transport.
The MOLLE/PALS system compatibility allows the pouch to be attached to a tactical vest or other gear. Additionally, two paracord loops enable attachment to a tactical belt up to 45 mm wide.

Fits perfectly with the side sections of Direct Action brand chest rigs. Thoughtful design and high quality workmanship. Despite its appearance, it can actually hold quite a lot of things. It seems this is the only two-column molle first aid kit available on the market.
