A vertical med pouch crafted to house and transport an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK), constructed from abrasion- and tear-resistant 500D Cordura and laminate. The med pouch is composed of two sections: a tray and an organizer.

Secured with a Velcro flap, the pouch features a prominently sewn, laser-cut "MED" inscription on the front, which also functions as a Velcro panel for attaching patches. An internal organizer that can be pulled out ensures rapid and simple access to stored items, while elastic straps and dividers aid in organization. External Shockcord links allow the pouch to be compressed, preventing it from falling out during transport.

Its compatibility with the MOLLE/PALS system permits attachment to a tactical vest or other equipment components. Additionally, two paracord loops enable the pouch to be attached to a tactical belt up to 45 mm wide.

    In my opinion, this is a very good case for a first aid kit – it provides easy access and has a convenient, compact size that's suitable for the most essential items. Unfortunately, the price of the product is quite high for this category, but that's its only drawback. If there are any promotions, it's definitely worth considering the purchase.
