The first aid kit is solidly made and can hold many useful items for first aid, but you need to be careful when putting it back, because if you use some of the contents and don't put them away properly, they may slip out and you may not notice it.
Direct Action Med Pouch Horizontal MK III - MultiCam First Aid Kit
New version of the individual MK II first aid kit in MultiCam camouflage, made from a durable blend of 500D Cordura and 210D nylon.
Laser-cut "MED" lettering, compliant with the molle/pals system
The main innovation of this version is a laser-cut clear "MED" lettering on a soft velcro panel (hook-and-loop), allowing the attachment of any patches or symbols, such as a flag, unit emblem, or Morale Patches. Designed for horizontal installation at the back of the Mosquito belt (or any belt up to 45 mm wide), saving space on the side panels of a tactical vest. The first aid kit is also compatible with any platform conforming to the MOLLE/PALS system.
Two-part structure, additional velcro panel
The partially flexible design of the outer pocket allows for storing a larger number of medications while maintaining a low profile. The first aid kit includes a pouch with side handles and a flexible sleeve, into which the pouch is press-fitted. Inside the kit, there are elastic drawstrings for organising the contents, and the whole is closed with a zip. An additional velcro panel for attaching a Shears Pouch type scissor pouch has been added to the back of the pouch. The design provides quick, double-sided access to the contents through non-slip handles made of Hypalon.

MultiCam camouflage
MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a versatile camouflage pattern that is effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. As a result, it dynamically adapts to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern European environments, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.

The velcro panel is an area with sewn-on Velcro tape that allows easy attachment of various additional items, such as patches or pockets.
Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.

The first aid kit has been made very solidly and is durable. It has strong straps that make it easier to arrange and organise all the necessary things. The kit is equipped with a two-way zip, and the whole thing is lightweight and takes up little space.
-
The first aid kit is excellent, made very professionally. The price is high, but it's definitely worth spending money on a top-shelf product. If I had to choose, I would go for this model.

In this case, the price matches the quality. The product is very high class and it certainly won't be my last purchase from DA.

Consistently great quality and excellent ergonomics!

Small design, yet very practical – I definitely recommend it!

Everything's fine, nice workmanship, the handles seem lightweight but should be sturdy; after all, this is DA. ;-)
