Direct Action Horizontal MK III Med Pouch - MultiCam

A new version of the MK II individual first aid kit in MultiCam camouflage, created from a durable blend of 500D Cordura and 210D nylon.

The main innovation of this version is the laser-cut clear "MED" lettering on the soft velcro panel (hook and loop), allowing for the attachment of any patches or symbols, such as a flag, unit emblem, or Morale Patches. Designed for horizontal mounting on the back of the Mosquito belt (or any other belt up to 45 mm wide), saving space on the side panels of a tactical vest. The first aid kit is also compatible with any platform compliant with the MOLLE/PALS system.

Partially flexible external pocket construction allows for storing more medications while maintaining a low profile. The first aid kit includes a pouch with side handles and a flexible sleeve into which the pouch is inserted by pressing. Inside the kit, there are elastic drawstrings for organizing the contents, and it is all closed with a zipper. An additional velcro panel is added on the back of the pouch for attaching a Shears Pouch. The design provides quick, double-sided access to the contents via non-slip Hypalon handles.

MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a versatile camouflage pattern that is effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. As a result, it dynamically adapts to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern European environments, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.
