Direct Action Med Pouch Horizontal MK III First Aid Kit - MultiCam Tropic

An enhanced version of the individual MK II first aid kit designed to carry essential medical equipment in a horizontal layout. The model is made of durable material with a grammage of 518 g/m2, combining 500D Cordura laminate and 210D nylon, which allows it to maintain high durability with a compact profile. The design enables mounting on MOLLE/PALS platforms or directly on a belt. The most important modification in this generation is the added, clearly visible "MED" marking laser-cut into a soft velcro panel, which allows the attachment of any patches or emblems, such as a national flag, unit insignia, or so-called Morale Patches.

The product is sewn from durable material with a grammage of 518 g/m2, combining 500D Cordura laminate and 210D nylon. The laminated design used stands out for its very high resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage while maintaining a low profile and low weight of the whole set, which is of key importance in professional operational activities.

The first aid kit consists of an elastic outer sleeve and a replaceable, double-sided zippered medical insert. Inside, there are elastic loops that organize medical equipment and limit the movement of the contents while on the move. On the rear wall of the insert, there is an additional velcro panel suitable for mounting a pouch for tactical shears, for example a Shears Pouch.

The pouch was designed for horizontal mounting on the back of the belt, which helps save space on the side panels of a tactical vest. The first aid kit remains fully compatible with any MOLLE/PALS mounting system and can be mounted directly on tactical belts with a maximum width of 45 mm. Efficient drawing of the medical insert is ensured by anti-slip, double-sided handles made of durable Hypalon.
