An upgraded version of the MK II individual med pouch that is made from a durable blend of 500D Cordura and 210D nylon. The main change distinguishing this generation is the addition of a much clearer "MED" inscription laser-cut into a soft Velcro panel, allowing the attachment of any patches or emblems such as the national flag, unit emblem or so-called Morale Patches.
Designed to be mounted horizontally on the back of the Mosquito belt (or any other belt up to 45 mm wide) so as not to take up space on the side panels. Additionally it can be mounted on any platform compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system.
The partially flexible design of the outer pocket allows to carry more medications while maintaining a low profile. It consists of a pouch with side handles and a flexible sleeve, in which the pouch attaches with a press fit. Inside the med pouch there are elastic pullers to organize the contents, and the whole thing is closed with a zipper. On the back of the pouch there is an additional velcro panel for mounting the Shears Pouch scissors pouch. The design provides quick, double-sided access to the cartridge with non-slip handles made of Hypalon.
The med pouch is sold without equipment.

The first aid kit is very solidly made and durable. It has strong straps that make it easy to organize and arrange all the necessary items. The kit is equipped with a two-way zipper, and the whole thing is lightweight and takes up little space.
