The backpack is excellently made, using high-quality materials, and the workmanship and design are truly world-class. The construction is well thought out. The only downside is that the backpack seems smaller than the declared 40 litres, although this might just be a subjective impression. Mounting the hip belt is a bit troublesome, but after removing the Velcro you can easily take off the buckle, which makes it much easier.
The 40-liter capacity patrol backpack is made of durable and abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura.
Both the front panel and side panels are equipped with a laser-cut MOLLE mounting system. It allows you to attach additional pockets or, for example, a first aid kit. The backpack is also equipped with compression straps, which can also be used to cinch additional equipment, such as a sleeping bag or a sleeping pad.
From the top, the backpack is closed with a flap with a YKK zipper. The main compartment is partially covered with soft velour. Inside the backpack there is an additional modular system compatible with MOLLE/PALS. This allows for extensive modification of the backpack, and even converting it into a medical or assault backpack.
The backpack is equipped with two pockets located at the top of the flap. One of them has been finished with velour. Additional open side pockets allow carrying bottles or spare equipment.
The carrying system consists of comfortable, molded, adjustable-length suspenders, a chest strap and a wide hip belt fastened with a durable WooJin buckle.
The front zippers allow for the installation of SPITFIRE panels, further increasing the backpack's customization options.
On the front there is a small velcro panel that allows you to attach a patch, emblem or so-called Morale Patches.
Additional mounting points on the sides and bottom of the backpack, as well as a reinforced construction, make the backpack suitable for parachute jumping.

Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a versatile camouflage pattern that is effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. As a result, it dynamically adapts to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern European environments, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.

A versatile backpack with a capacity of 40 litres, designed with a variety of uses and longer trips of up to 72 hours in mind. The materials used for production are of high quality, as is typical for Direct Action products. It can be opened traditionally from the top or fully unzipped. Equipped with laser-cut PALS panels, AVS zips for attaching MOLLE accessories and dedicated panels, which makes it easy to expand the backpack and integrate it with a plate carrier. The hip belt can be detached and used as a tactical belt, while the shoulder straps are contoured and the pads can be removed for comfort. There are also additional pockets, hydration system compatibility and quick-release. The side pockets can fit bottles. This is equipment intended for professionals. Theoretically, it looks excellent—practical use will show how it performs during extended usage. The design and quality of workmanship can be recommended without hesitation!

I returned the backpack because it turned out to be too advanced for my needs. The stitching is very meticulous and the zips work perfectly. However, it is heavy and extremely sturdy. The backpack is rather narrow and tall, quite bulky for 40 litres, and it does not stand up on its own when placed on the ground. The option to attach Direct Action panels, such as two pockets, makes it look great. Unfortunately, it did not work for me as gear for amateur use despite the excellent quality and brand reputation. It could be ideal for those looking for a tall, narrow backpack, e.g. for a car, because it doesn’t take up much space; it opens like a suitcase; it is exceptionally durable for tough, long field trips. I rate the quality very highly, but it’s worth remembering that this is a strictly specialist backpack and won’t suit everyone.
