A 40-litre backpack in Ranger Green made from 500D Cordura, enhancing its resistance to abrasion and tearing. The design is tailored for a range of uses – from trekking and hiking to tactical operations and everyday use. The 500D Cordura used in the sewing process is highly resistant to mechanical damage, including abrasion and tearing, which significantly extends the backpack’s lifespan in demanding outdoor conditions.
A roomy main compartment and practical pockets are perfect for organising and quickly accessing your gear.
This model features a generous main compartment, with the interior partially lined with soft velour. It closes from the top with a flap secured by a YKK zip. Inside, there’s a modular system compatible with MOLLE/PALS, allowing you to expand the backpack or adapt it for medical or assault use.
There are two pockets on the upper part of the flap—one of which is lined with velour—ideal for storing small items. Open side pockets allow for carrying bottles or additional gear.
The MOLLE system and compression straps broaden the options for customisation and make it easy to attach extra accessories.
The front panel and sides of the backpack are fitted with a laser-cut MOLLE system, enabling the attachment of extra pouches, magazine pouches or a first aid kit. Compression straps with snap buckles adjust the pack’s volume to match your current load, and also let you attach a sleeping bag or sleeping pad. Additional mounting points on the sides and bottom, as well as reinforced construction, make this model suitable for parachute jumps too.
On the front there is a small velcro panel for attaching patches, emblems, or morale patches.
YKK zips and Duraflex WooJin buckles
Waxed YKK zips operate in both directions. Duraflex WooJin buckles provide durability and reliability even during intensive use in challenging conditions. The front zips also support the mounting of SPITFIRE panels, significantly expanding the backpack’s customisation options.
Carry system
Ergonomically shaped, softshell-padded, and foam-filled, the adjustable-length shoulder straps make up the carry system. Adjustable hip and chest straps stabilise the backpack while walking and prevent it from shifting, improving the weight distribution.

LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
