Although I usually choose Polish products, I probably won’t buy this again. Maybe I made some mistake, but after moulding, the mouthguard seems too stiff and uncomfortable to me.

A mouthguard is designed to provide protection for the user's teeth, gums and jaw during a variety of sports, including contact sports such as boxing, MMA, rugby and field hockey.
It is made of EVA and gel material, thanks to GelTech technology, which is characterized by the use of two layers of protection. The inner layer provides flexibility during molding, and the outer layer provides maximum protection for the jaw. An additional reinforced compression zone is responsible for better absorption of chin impacts, during which there is a strong impact of the lower jaw against the upper jaw.
The mouthguard features breathing channels to facilitate airflow when the jaw is clenched, as well as tabs on the outside to prevent the mouthguard from sliding.
It can be customized to fit the individual shape of the teeth through a heat molding process. Through this process, the user can achieve a very snug fit, which increases the effectiveness of the protection and the comfort of the wearer.
The set also includes an antibacterial box for storing the mouthguard.

The gel mouthguard from Bushido is a good choice for combat sports enthusiasts. Although it's a basic model for the upper jaw, it works great – I used it for over half a year and had no problems.

The equipment is solid and although I don’t intend to become a boxer or fight in the octagon, such a mouthguard can be useful for heavier housework or outdoors, especially on uneven surfaces. It’s worth taking care of your teeth!
