A solid, large kitchen knife at a good price. The blade stays sharp for a long time and the knife is durable, even when washed in the dishwasher and used by my wife. I recommend it, a very good option.

An all-purpose chef 's knife from the Kitchen Classics series with a Drop-Point profile blade made of German 4116 Krupp stainless steel.
The blade is derived with a flat grind and cryogenically treated for higher hardness and impact strength. The cutting edge stays sharp for a long time and is easy to sharpen.
The ergonomically contoured handle is made of Zy-Ex hard plastic and covered with food-friendly Kray-Ex material with a non-slip texture.
