An aesthetic knife made of great steel, easy to use and very versatile. The blade was derived with a flat grind and cryogenically treated for higher hardness and impact strength. The cutting edge stays sharp for a long time and is easy to sharpen.
The ergonomically contoured handle is made of Zy-Ex hard plastic and covered with food-friendly Kray-Ex material with a non-slip texture.
