4116 Krupp steel, cryogenic hardening
The blade is manufactured from high-quality German 4116 Krupp steel, subjected to cryogenic hardening, allowing for greater hardness (55–57 HRC) and shock resistance. This steel, produced by ThyssenKrupp, offers excellent cutting properties, is easy to maintain, and has high rust resistance.
Drop-Point blade profile
The Drop-Point profile blade has a length of 152 mm and a thickness of 3.5 mm. The blade is robust and easy to sharpen.
Zy-Ex material handle
The ergonomic handle is made from the hard material Zy-Ex and is coated with a food-friendly, anti-slip Kray-Ex material.
