Very nice product and high quality. For many years I have used various monoculars. My first was a Tasco Essentials 10x25, bought over a dozen years ago also at Militaria. It was durable but eventually fell apart. Recently, I bought another Tasco, but compared to the Carson, the difference in image quality is huge. If you're planning to buy a monocular, it's worth paying extra and choosing Carson. I appreciate its compact size, light weight, and image quality. The set includes a case and a carabiner, though as a keyring it’s not very practical. I also have the Vortex Solo – it gives a great image, but it's heavy and would be a shame to damage. Like with a knife – the best one is the one you have with you. With this weight, size, image quality and price (you won’t regret losing or getting it wet), it’s the ideal option for the pocket, waist bag or backpack.
