Carinthia XP Down 1000 Medium Sleeping Bag - Olive
Durable sleeping bag in Olive color, designed in a mummy shape to ensure optimal body fit and freedom of movement during sleep. Made of sturdy polyamide, it combines a tough outer shell with 90/10 CQ-Down goose down insulation.
Temperature ratings and usage conditions
The XP Down 1000 sleeping bag's temperature ratings are defined according to the EN 13537 standard:
- T-limit: -20 C – the lowest temperature at which a man can sleep through the night without discomfort,
- T-extreme: -40 C – the lowest temperature at which survival in the sleeping bag is possible. This is not recommended for standard use.
90/10 CQ-Down filling
The sleeping bag is filled with 90/10 CQ-Down goose down, which is lightweight, offers excellent thermal insulation, and has a loft rating of 600 cuin. The down is placed in H-shaped chambers to prevent shifting and ensure even warmth distribution.
Central zipper, Anti Snag system
This model features a two-way central zipper that can be fully opened. The Anti Snag system prevents fabric from catching in the zipper. An insulated draft tube along the zipper blocks cold air, and a Velcro flap at the top stops accidental opening. The trapezoidal foot section improves comfort and helps maintain warmth inside the bag.
Integrated hood for cold protection
Shaped hood with an adjustable face opening allows for a custom fit using drawcords, effectively preventing heat loss.
Easy transport and storage
Once packed, the sleeping bag takes up little space – 25 x 30 cm, and it weighs 1700 g, making it easy to carry without overloading your backpack.
Included accessories
The set includes a compression sack with snap buckles that secures the sleeping bag during transport and protects it from damage and dirt.
