I use these shoes both for longer walks in the forest and every day. They stabilise the foot well, and the higher upper provides a sense of security on uneven surfaces. Comfortable cushioning and solid workmanship are definite advantages – I'm not worried that they will wear out quickly. After a few weeks, they still look like new and remain very comfortable even after long periods of wear.
