On a daily basis, I use Vibram Fivefingers shoes, but I bought these with work and the gym in mind. They are very comfortable and pleasant for everyday use. The sole and insole provide much better cushioning than the V5F. The only major downside is the weak hold over the top of the foot – the elastic laces don't improve this situation, they just create slight pressure. I recommend trying these shoes on for a few minutes, ideally with the same socks you plan to wear – it really makes a difference.

These shoes improve my mood, because previously, when I was walking around the house in slippers, I would drag my feet and feel sluggish. However, in these new, flexible shoes, I can move much more energetically and freely, without worrying that they will fall off my feet. I can easily jump, stop suddenly, or turn sharply. Since I started wearing these shoes and became more active, I also have more energy and motivation to work.

They are light, comfortable and fit the foot perfectly. The materials are durable, and the minimalist design provides comfort for everyday use and light terrain, allowing natural movement.

This is already my second pair of these shoes. I highly recommend them for starting your barefoot journey. They are comfortable, fit the foot well, lightweight and breathable. The darker colour masks dirt well.

Excellent shoes. At first I felt a bit strange in them and wondered if they were too tight, because they fit the foot more snugly from the inside than classic shoes, but it turned out you can wear them all day without socks and your feet don't get tired. My first barefoot shoes. Indeed, you have to learn to walk a bit differently – don't land hard on the heel, rely more on the forefoot. This makes your walk more feline than military. The shoes are very comfortable, the sole thickness is just right – you don't feel every pebble, but you can still feel the ground well. The only downside is the sole is a bit hard on the instep, maybe it will soften a bit over time.
