I'm satisfied, I like the taste of the bars. I've nothing to complain about, they're well suited as a small snack on long trips and also on long car journeys. The price-performance ratio is reasonable.

In my opinion, they were fine, although they didn't make a huge impression on me. Very sweet and unfortunately their packaging is not suitable for long-term storage.

There are indeed nuts in the ingredients, but it is unclear in what quantity. The bar is based on cereals, which are a less valuable source of carbohydrates. You can find much better bars of this type in Arpol's range.

There are better bars on offer at Arpol – this one contains low-quality sugars. It resembles a sweet snack more than a proper energy bar.

A tasty and filling bar. Well protected during transport. ARPOL produces bars to a high standard. A very demanding person might find some faults, but for me, it worked perfectly on forest trips and long days in the mountains – it always gives you energy quickly.
