Arpol Food Force nut energy bar 50g - 4 pieces. I recommend these bars as a backup source of energy, they have a good composition, taste good and are reasonably priced. A pack of four bars doesn’t take up much space in your luggage.

The bar has a very pleasant taste – the apple and sweetness are clearly noticeable. It's ideal for trips or hikes when you need a quick boost of calories and don't want food to weigh heavily on your stomach.

They might not be the cheapest, but I can honestly recommend them. They work great in emergencies, providing a quick energy boost. Taste is a matter of preference, but in my opinion the nut version is better than the apple one from this brand. They’re not too sweet.
