Arpol Food Force nut energy bar 50g - 4 pieces. I recommend these bars as a backup source of energy, they have a good composition, taste good, and are reasonably priced. The package of four bars doesn’t take up much space in your luggage.

The bar has a very pleasant taste – you can clearly taste the apple and sweetness. It's perfect for trips or hikes when you need a quick energy boost and don't want your food to weigh down your stomach.

They might not be the cheapest, but I can honestly recommend them. They work great in sudden situations and quickly provide energy. Taste is a matter of preference, but in my opinion, the nut version is better than the apple one from this producer. They aren’t too sweet.
