    In my opinion, they were okay, although they didn't make a huge impression on me. Very sweet and unfortunately their packaging is not suitable for long-term storage.

    There are indeed nuts in the ingredients, but it is not clear in what quantity. The bar is based on grains, which are a less valuable source of carbohydrates. In Arpol's offer you can find much better bars of this type.

    Arpol offers better bars – this one contains low-quality sugars. It’s more like a sweet snack than a proper energy bar.

    Tasty and filling bar. Well secured for transport. ARPOL produces bars at a high level. A very demanding person might find some flaws, but for me it worked great during trips to the forest and long days in the mountains – it always quickly adds energy.
