Glucose syrup, coating (sugar, vegetable oil and fat (palm, shea), cocoa with reduced fat content, emulsifier (sorbitol tristearate and sunflower lecithin), vanillin), vegetable oil (palm, shea), sugar, rapeseed oil, cocoa powder, flavouring, salt.

    I really like taking them on various trips, especially when I need a quick energy boost while walking. The taste is quite pleasant, although after eating 1–2 bars a day for a few days, it can become a bit repetitive and start to feel rather tiresome. Even so, I recommend them to people looking for an energy bar for the journey.

    I'm satisfied, I like the taste of the bars. I've nothing to complain about, they're well suited as a small snack on long trips and also on long car journeys. The price-performance ratio is reasonable.

    In my opinion, they were fine, although they didn't make a huge impression on me. Very sweet and unfortunately their packaging is not suitable for long-term storage.

    There are indeed nuts in the ingredients, but it is unclear in what quantity. The bar is based on cereals, which are a less valuable source of carbohydrates. You can find much better bars of this type in Arpol's range.

    A tasty and filling bar. Well protected during transport. ARPOL produces bars to a high standard. A very demanding person might find some faults, but for me, it worked perfectly on forest trips and long days in the mountains – it always gives you energy quickly.
