Durable material, synthetic insulation
The outer layer is made of a durable nylon and polyester blend (53% nylon, 47% polyester), offering resistance to wind and moisture. The jacket's interior is filled with synthetic insulation that effectively blocks cold while allowing air circulation. The nylon lining increases resistance to mechanical damage.
Main closure, storm flap

Great jacket! I am about 186 cm tall with a chest circumference of 108 cm. Size L fits perfectly – even with a thin fleece or sweater. It works well for a typical winter as well as cool spring and autumn days. For very cold winters I use the classic, larger XL Alfa NB 3. Both jackets are fantastic and useful from October to April. The colour (more vividly green than in the photo) is especially pleasing to the eye! :)

I saved up for this jacket for a long time, but I think it was worth every penny. Impeccable workmanship. It is very warm, and although I haven't tested it at -20°C yet, it does very well at -10°C. The only thing I miss is the hood drawstring, which is in the Explorer model but not in my POLAR – so the hood can fall over your eyes if you're not wearing a hat.

I bought size M, based on previous AI sizing, but it turned out too small and the jacket restricted my movement a bit. Size L is noticeably bigger, but very comfortable. The only downside is the very large hood with fur, which hangs down over the eyes. The material is thick and durable. The jacket reminds me of the Explorer model, which I had before. Highly recommended!

I used to think the Helikon lev7 jacket was unbeatable, but I decided to try the Alpha. After just one day of use, I was delighted with the warmth – it's really hot, even with just a T-shirt underneath. Very high quality, excellently made, and the pockets are great. I’d even give it 6 stars if I could! Unlike the Injector III Black, in my opinion this jacket has no flaws. It’s very comfortable, light, has roomy and convenient pockets with good access. It insulates heat perfectly, and the two-way zip makes it easy to adjust the jacket to the conditions. It’s the best jacket I’ve had and is worth every penny – plus, it looks great.
