Main closure, storm flap

Great jacket! I am about 186 cm tall with a chest circumference of 108 cm. Size L fits perfectly – even with a thin fleece or sweater underneath. It's suitable for a typical winter as well as chilly spring and autumn days. For very frosty winter, I use the classic, bigger XL Alfa NB 3. Both jackets are fantastic and useful from October to April. The color (more vivid green than in the photo) is exceptionally pleasing to the eye! :)

I saved up for this jacket for a long time, but I think it was worth every dime. The workmanship is flawless. It's very warm, though I haven't tested it at -20°C yet, but it does excellently at -10°C. I only miss a drawstring in the hood, which is in the Explorer model, but my POLAR doesn't have – so the hood sometimes falls over my eyes when I'm not wearing a hat.

I bought size M, following the usual AI sizing, but it turned out too small and the jacket restricted movement a bit. Size L is noticeably larger, but very comfortable. The only downside is the very large hood with fur that falls over the eyes. The material is thick and durable. This jacket reminds me of the Explorer model, which I've previously owned. Recommended!

I would give it even 6 stars if I could! Unlike Injector III Black, I think this jacket has no flaws. It's very comfortable, light, has spacious and convenient pockets with good access. It insulates heat perfectly, and the two-way zipper makes it easy to adjust the jacket to the conditions. This is the best jacket I've had and worth every penny – and it also looks great.
