Soft, they noticeably improve thermal comfort, especially when you have to stand on a cold surface for a long time. They fit well inside the shoe. The insoles significantly increase comfort, even in my rather stiff, inexpensive shoes. The size must be adjusted yourself. At this price, it's a great product.

Unversal warm shoe insoles with activated carbon that absorbs odors. They perfectly insulate from the cold, protecting feet from heat loss. The bottom layer is made of perforated latex foam, which prevents the insole from sliding in shoes.
The insoles can be adjusted to the required size (in the size range of 36 to 46) with scissors, cutting according to the marking on the bottom.
