The RAS mounting system for Spear goggles, which is compatible with the accessory rail connectors (ARC) used in tactical helmets, is a practical alternative to the traditional strap.
The RAS Spear is equipped with an emergency release system for the goggles that is triggered when a torque of 11 Nm is exceeded. This system reduces the risk of neck injuries if the goggles accidentally get caught on protruding objects in the environment.
The set includes two elastic straps with clips and adapters that allow for quick and easy installation on ARC rails. The straps can be installed in two ways, depending on the user's preference:
1. Installation without adjustment - clip into the lower part of the rail,
2. Adjustable installation - slide into the rail guide and lock in the desired position.
No tools required.
