Wiley X Boss Tactical Glasses - Clear/Matte Black

Wide, well-fitting safety glasses from the Climate Control series. The mechanical strength of the glazing allows you to protect your eyes from shrapnel, ricochets and other incoming objects, in accordance with the requirements of class F (an object weighing 0.86 g moving at 45 m/s). The glasses come with a rigid zippered case, a strap for hanging around the neck and a soft case.

The anatomically contoured frames and lenses of the glasses are made with HVP (High Velocity Protection) technology. As a result, they protect the eyes from injuries that can be caused by objects moving at high speed.

The shape of the Triloid frames ensures a good fit and does not limit comfort when using headphones or ear protectors. The detachable Facial Cavity Seal cap makes the glasses fit snugly on the face, protecting against wind or dust, among other things.

The lenses used in the model are made of durable Selenite polycarbonate with a T-Shell coating to protect against scratches. They meet ANSI and EN166 F ballistic protection standards. They provide eye protection against harmful UVA and UVB ultraviolet rays. In addition, the Anti-Fog coating protects against fogging.

Ballistic standards:
 - Ballistic: according to this standard, the frame and visor will withstand impact from bullets/debris with a diameter of 3.8 mm, traveling at 700-720 km/h.
 - ANSI HVP standard: according to this standard, the frame and visor will withstand the impact of a steel ball with a diameter of 6.35 mm, moving at 164.6 km/h.
 - EN.166F standard - meets the European standard for protection against the impact of accelerated particles (Medium Energy Impact). According to the standard, the frame and visors will withstand the impact of a steel ball with a diameter of 6 mm and a weight of 0.86 g, moving at a speed of 162 km/h.
